Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must be unused with tags still attached and in original packaging. Email email@example.com with your return/exchange before shipping for processing. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to use a track-able method of shipping as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Online orders can also be returned in-store at 155 Queen Street.
